AMD Re-introduces FX-lineup of CPU's

AMD introduces the world's first native 8-core desktop processor. The AMD FX-8xxx series comes unlocked out of the box for over-clocking with the help of AMD overdrive or AMD catalyst control center, also available in 6 and 4 core variants.

The 6 and 4 core variants have the nomenclature as follows FX-6xxx and FX-4xxx. 
This processor also holds the world record for the highest CPU frequency. On August 31, an AMD FX processor achieved a sunning frequency of 8.429GHz. Sheer madness! Hell yeah! bring it on!!
